Before you buy any new HVAC equipment or perform energy-saving improvements on your home, be sure to check for possible rebates from manufacturers and your utility company.
New Jersey Home Performance with Energy Star Rebates
The more energy savings measures you decide to install, the greater the rebate incentive you may be eligible to receive. They include:
This rebate is conditional upon using a certified Home Performance Contractor; we at Princeton Air are certified by the State of New Jersey.
WARM Advantage Program
The WARMAdvantage Program provides rebates (between $25 and $400) for high efficiency home heating systems and/or water heaters. To be eligible you must purchase, install and operate a gas heating system and/or domestic water heater that meets all applicable efficiency requirements.
COOL Advantage Program
The COOLAdvantage Program provides incentives (up to $600) for energy-efficient central air conditioners or heat pumps and as well as proper system sizing and installation "best practices" that affect operating efficiency.
Guaranteed Installation Rebates
When we install a new furnace, air conditioner or heat pump in your home, depending on the efficiency rating of the model you select, you will receive a rebate from your utility company (for conserving energy) and, depending on the season, you may also receive a rebate from the equipment manufacturer. Unlike other contractors, we prepare each of your rebate applications and submit them to you for signing and mailing. The rebate checks are then mailed directly to your home. Our efforts guarantee that you receive everything you are entitled to. We are the only contractor who guarantees you will receive your rebate, even if the manufacturer or utility company does not pay you.
