You need some protection that the parts or equipment that we install will work as promised. We feel the same way about that in our own personal lives. So we follow the Golden Rule and make sure you receive two very important warranty protections.
Service Warranty
Should our technician replace a part in heating or air conditioning equipment in your home or business, you receive our 1 Year Parts And Labor Warranty on that part. Other contractors typically give you only a 30- or 60-day warranty.
And our Maintenance Agreement members enjoy a lifetime warranty.
Installation Warranties
When we install a new furnace, air conditioner, or heat pump in your home, you will receive the Trane, Lennox, Sanyo, or Unico manufacturer's warranty. (This covers your new equipment for 1, 5, or 10 years, based on model.)
When we install a Honeywell electronic air cleaner or programmable thermostat, or an Aprilaire humidifier, you will receive a 1-year manufacturer's warranty on parts and labor.
Beyond these warranties, we want you to be satisfied with our repair work and new systems, and will respond quickly if you have any immediate follow-up concerns.
