We recently had a new AC system installed after our 16 year old system cried "uncle!" We have been a customer of Weltman, now Princeton Air, since we moved into our home and over the years we have had mixed feelings about the service and price we paid. Our recent experience, however, was all positive. From the initial technician call to see what our issue was by Cruise, to the the evential sales visit with Andre, to the final installation by Asterson and his team, everyone was professional and dilligent about all aslects of the job. Each took the time to explain our situation, provide us with options, and more importanly, not pressure us into anything we did not want to do. The electrucuan, Joe, discovered an unsafe electrical connection, disabled it, explained the issue and why it was problematic, and provided us with a quote to bring it into compliance and make our home safe. All in all, though we were not anticipating the need to have our AC system replaced, I am glad it is done and very happy with how it all turned out. I am happy to recommend PA and will be making a call to have our electrical issue resolved!

Dominic was extremely pleasant, professional, and thorough,. He was also quite efficient. He quickly diagnosed the situation and was able to correct it. He also took the time to patiently explain my thermostat to me. Then he signed me up as a member. So he’s a pretty good sales guy too!
However, I then set up an appointment for maintenance and twice Princeton Air canceled me. I’m now set up for maintenance the end of June. And that’s after they tried to set me up the end of July and I complained.And this is after Dominic signed me up as a member. There’s something very wrong with her business model and I do not consider this good customer service. I will likely have to look for a different service. And it’s something more responsive.
