Hi, all! Two technicians, Norbert and Orin, just happened to be installing a water heater at my next-door neighbors’ house. Based upon my neighbor’s recommendation, and their availability, I had an impromptu appointment scheduled today. I want to share how impressed I was with not only their professionalism, but also their honesty, kind manner, and sense of humor. In addition, they presented me with options (& quotes as to overall pricing) and didn’t make me feel pressured about making an immediate decision, which I found refreshing. Impressed by this company. Middle of an August heat wave, booked a next-day weekend appointment seamlessly online. Called the next morning, a Sunday, just to double check as a new customer and spoke live with a helpful gentleman. The tech, Norm, showed up on time and was both friendly and informative. He diagnosed the issue, educated me on what had happened and how to prevent it going forward, and stuck around to make sure the unit was working properly once adjusted. He was a Nest pro. It’s been two weeks, and the unit has been working well ever since. You’re going to pay up for the service, but it’s worth it. An example of how good a company can operate with the right PE infusion. Again, very impressed. Thank you team!

A/C went down unexpectedly in the middle of humid New Jersey summer. Princeton Air was out in less than 24 hours and found the problem. Kudos to our tech, Ryan Gobel who must have logged a mile going between the condenser and the air handler in the attic! Not to mention the tight working area in the sweltering attic!

They worked hard to ensure everything was set up correctly and that I was completely satisfied with the product.
