The HVAC system has been just installed today, therefore, I am not ready for review for the system.
However, the Installation groups are excellent.

Tanzil Ali was the best tech I've ever dealt with. I strongly suggest anyone have your unit serviced by him. He was professional clean and did the job amazing. I strongly suggest recommending him.

I am extremely grateful to Princeton Sir Conditioner for the service they provided with Mr. Gaines. He resolved the issue with the unit. Very diligent. It seems the problem stemmed from the unit’s age. They couldn’t find the replacement part at the time. The cold in my house was unbearable. The technician, in his search, found something that could be adjusted for the unit, with had been installed 10 years prior. He located it two hours away and returned with it. It took him a considerable amount of time to adjust it, but he succeeded. He informed me that The PAC finally had found the correct part, and he would return next day to make the necessary replacement. He emphasized tha The PAC wanted the service to be of the highest quality, resolving the issues and ensuring the unit was installed to the required standard. He also assured me that I would have the perfect temperature in my home. They provided me with excellent service!!! Great job and service!!!

Ryan G. arrived to perform regular A/C maintenance and determined the drain pipes leading from the condensor coil into the sump were clogged and in need of replacement. He performed the work in timely fashion at a reasonable price and also took the time to provide some useful advice. This is the second time Ryan has performed service in my home and I find him to be a helpful and conscientious professional.

Jose and his crew worked all day (11 hours at least) to remove old and install a new A/C and furnace and completed the job and clean/up in one day. Professional and courteous crew and came out quickly.

Brian, our electrician was fantastic- and deserves a 10 star rating. This rating is deceiving though- because I have been asked to rate the technician and not the company.

Unfortunately, the rest of our experience with Princeton Air has been very sub par- and I would not recommend using them.

Although our situation was considered a ‘fire hazard’ and ‘emergency’, it took multiple telephone calls throughout multiple weeks to Princeton Air to get the work completed. (A township permit is necessary for the work we needed completed- but the township acknowledged that in cases like ours, the work is done immediately and the permit is issued retroactively in order to diffuse a dangerous situation.)

Then, to completely finish the work, it took additional days- unfortunate, but expected. The TRULY DISSATISFYING part was the lack of truthful
communication from the scheduling department- and its service manager- who, although promised, has still not called to discuss the situation.

For these reasons, I will not recommend Princeton Air- despite their electrician, Brian, being terrific, highly capable and very personable.

No issues and work was done in one day. They had easy payment plans to pick from.

Technician came on timely manner and did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with our furnace.

Jason from Princeton AC was very professional. I explained my situation and he fully understood my issue. After diagnosing my problem Jason provided me with an estimate and explanation of the job required.

I've been using Princeton Air since they were Weltman home services. They were punctual, professional, and friendly. They were very efficient in the work done a few weeks ago.

Brandon came last week to do the spring service. He was on time, polite and efficient

Excellent technician (Naim) who checked everything, replaced air filter (slot to place it in has always been a problem) and identified potential alternative placement for air filter which would be lower cost fix. Most important is that he explained each step of what he was doing and finding and my options moving forward.

Very happy with the heating unit maintenance. Piece of mind that all is functioning and safe. Technician was on time and provided details on how the unit was operating.

Today I had the AC tune up done and was give some hints on the replacing of the filter and how to reinstall it in new system. The Tect check out several items inside house. And he then check the working condition of outside unit. All included in my maintenance program I have with Princeton Air. Today price $0.00

Air conditioner was not blowing out cold air. Dominic McGinley from Princeton Air Conditioning came out accessed the problem and gave me several options to remedy the problem!

Princeton Air is the best. We have used them for electrical and HVAC work and they are always professional, timely, and make sure you fully understand the issue and variety of solutions. Won’t use anyone else
