Thomas Ciaccia was the representative from Princeton Air who came to my house to diagnose the cause of non-functioning air conditioning. He provided excellent service that included testing two AC units, explaining how to use relatively new thermostats to best coordinate with the AC, presenting alternative ways of addressing the AC problems, and answering my many questions. I learned a great deal from his visit. It was well worth the reasonable cost.
