Update (July 2006) One of our AC units stopped working on a hot day in May. Ryan G. responded quickly and found the coolant was completely gone. He put a dye in the system to find the leak, and when he returned in June, he located it in the coil. He immediately contacted the manufacturer and dealer to order a replacement. Just two days later, Ryan back with the new coil and spent five hours replacing it and testing the system. Thanks to him, our AC has been running smoothly and we survived the 100+ degree heatwaves over the 4th of July! We are so grateful for Ryan's prompt, diligent work, and the office staff was equally courteous and efficient. Highly recommend!

Mr. Gordon has done the maintenance of our furnace for the past three years. He is very professional, diligent, and patient. He takes time to check various things to make sure everything is working fine and the installation were done correctly. We are very happy.

As a former Weltman customer , I found the transition to this company to be easy. They are responsive , supportive and honest regarding timing for an urgent AC repair.
Cruz (or Cruise? we talked alot, I would hate to misspell his name!) the first Princeton Air Tech that I met was prompt , polite, informative AND able to diagnose and fix the problem with my outside unit quickly . He also took the time to educate me regarding preventive maintenance of the units .

We have been customers of McCalister for a long time. They are reliable and come when there is an emergency.. They call yearly to schedule a service visit. The office staff is very competent. The contractors who service the units are always professional and punctual. We highly recommend McCalister/ Princeton Air.
