My heater stopped working again after the previous repair (replacement of the mother board). I called Princeton Air again and this time they sent out a technician the same day to look at it since I had just had a repair. The technician that came out was Ryan G. He did a fantastic job patiently looking at the issue and figuring out the root cause. Sure enough, his diagnosis was right and he then went on to fix the issue. He carefully studied the entire system and identified the issue, before walking me through the repair process and associated cost. Jose also gave me valuable pointers on keeping the system in top shape to help avoid breakdowns – but if they happen, I'll definitely be requesting him to do the repairs!
