Princeton Air has partnered with local New Jersey utility companies and manufacturers to provide incentives, financing, and rebate opportunities that make many residential and commercial building upgrades and energy efficiency services more affordable.

New Jersey Energy Efficiency Programs

We participate in multiple rebate and incentive programs throughout New Jersey, many of which are run by local utility companies. Some examples include:

The SAVEGREEN Project by New Jersey Natural Gas

Residential

• Rebates up to $5,000 on HVAC installation, insulation upgrades, water heaters, and more
• Up to $15,000 0% APR financing through an on-bill repayment program (OBRP)
• Enhanced rebates and extended financing terms available for moderate-income customers

Commercial

• Rebates up to 80% of retrofit costs
• 5 year 0% APR on-bill repayment program (OBRP)—$250,000 maximum

PSE&G HVAC Instant Rebate Program

As a PSE&G Participating Contractor, Princeton Air can help you qualify for Public Service Electric & Gas (PSE&G) incentives for residential services including:

• Instant rebates up to $900 for energy-efficient HVAC installation, hot water heaters, and smart thermostats
• Up to $15,000 in 0% APR financing through on-bill repayment
• Low to moderate-income residents may be eligible for an additional incentive of $200 per eligible measure

What Is On-Bill Repayment (OBR)?

On-bill repayment is a great way to take advantage of energy efficiency upgrades immediately. It offers zero interest financing, with the monthly repayment portion conveniently added to your existing utility bill, so there are no additional statements or accounts to worry about. The length and terms of on-bill repayment programs will vary depending on the utility, the energy efficiency upgrades you make, and other factors.

For limited periods throughout the year, manufacturers may offer promotions that include additional rebates for specific equipment purchases.
