This is a new review on our AC replacement. So far, everything looks good as we’ve not had a chance to use it due to the weather.

We did place a call for a comeback visit, because the fan was running constantly after the installation of the new system. The turnaround time was very satisfactory and, above all, the issue was resolved. So, we’re happy with it.

I had a great experience with Princeton Air. I had an issue with a part of my healer leaking. Within an hour of calling about this problem, Dylan, the technician, arrived at my house. He soon identified the problem. The next day 3 technicians came back and replaced the faulty part.

One caveat, not related to actual service, the company canceled the appointment on me a couple of times before a service man came to my house stating emergencies – in the Spring.
