AC was not working and had to reach out Princeton Air for their service Latrell R was very knowledgeable and took his time to analyze the problem in my HVAC. He gave me options and explained the pros and cons for each of them. He was calm helpful and answered the concerns I had.

I reached out for a plumber in the afternoon and was told that they would be there in a few hours and they were. Mike the plumber was very nice and professional and got the job done. He had to find the leak cut into the wall and the ceiling replace a broken pipe . He cleaned up. He did not leave any mess. I would definitely recommend the company. Excellent technician who gave me a very thorough explanation of the problem

On a holiday weekend, we had an odd metallic smell in our home and couldn't find the source of it but thought it must be electric or HVAC-related. Princeton Air sent Ryan to our house to help us. Despite the smell having dissipated by the time he arrived, Ryan did a thorough inspection of various possibilities and explained to us everything that could cause the smell. By the end, we did discover what the source was, and he also did a thorough inspection of our air conditioning unit and discovered an unrelated issue that he recommended a resolution for, without any pressure to commit to the work. Great service.

We had an excellent experience with Princeton Air on our most recent service call. Field mechanic Daniel Sarajew was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough from start to finish. The issue was clearly explained, the work was completed efficiently, and everything was left clean and in great working order. We had an emergency electrical issue on Memorial Day that was taken care of same day. We made an appointment and within two hours our electrician arrived. He fixed the issue within 10 minutes.

We had a problem with our sumpump and once the technician came- he knew exactly what to do. The problem was that it was late and he had to come back with the part the next day. Which he did as Que offered. He took less than half hour to install the new part. Our sumpump was under guarantee so we paid nothing

I have been a customer with Weltman for years and here recently, Weltman was taken over by Princeton Air. I made an appointment for my seasonal checkup for my air conditioning unit.. Technician Ryan Gobel was dispatched to my home.He came in and was very professional, knowledgeable and tentative to my concerns and he answered all my questions regarding my system..I wanted to change my two zone system back to it's original state as I didn't have 2 units, I have one unit with dual zones. I set up an appointment to have that done. Ryan came back for this appointment to do the work and he had another gentleman he was training by the name of Dayone Brack. They both came in and went right to work. As Ryan changed parts, he showed me the old parts explained the reasons why the part was defective and explained the insulation of the new parts all while training Dayone. After all the work was done, he tested the system to ensure everything was working up to standard. He cleaned up his work area and left my home nice and neat just as he found it. Both Ryan and Dayone even put on shoe coverings without me having to ask. Over all my experience was a good one and I will request Ryan again when it's time for my seasonal maintaince. Keep up the good work Ryan and continue to keep up the excellent customer service. Dayone, good luck with your training and keep up the good work.
